Compartmentalization

I got a phone call the other day from a former student. "I want to come see you," she said "I've been to church camp and I'm ready to take you on about evolution. The Bible is God's absolute law and every word is the truth."

I asked her if she believed that wearing two different types of thread in the same garment is a sin, the way it says in Leviticus.

"No," she said, "That was then, this is now."
